The riders was finally able to do the testing at 12 noon, local time.Rossi tested new GP11 at 12:20. All the photographers and the media that have been waiting for this momentum gathered in the front of Rossi's paddock. The two-day test session will be used to decide, what type of machine they(Ducati) will use for next season, the big bang or Screamer type.
According to Franco Battaini (Ducati test rider who also had been Rossi's rival on GP125cc) the screamer type is quite appropriate with Rossi's racing style, but Rossi will continue to try both types so Rossi could really feel the difference between the two machines.
