Rossi's 2nd Test


Brno - Valentino Rossi's second test at the Brno Circuit, Czech Republic, Monday (07/12/2010), running smoothly. However, the MotoGP world champion was delaying the decision about when he will return to racing. Rossi riding a Yamaha YZF-R1 Superbike, the same bike he used in a test last week at Misano.




Quoted by Autosport, Rossi did 46 laps in Brno, and recorded the best time of one minute 59.135 seconds, one second slower than pole position record in the Czech WSBK last week, but still faster than the fastest lap in the race.

As is known, Rossi suffered a broken leg when fell off his motorbike at the Italian MotoGP practice session six weeks ago. He predicted will be sidelined for 3-4 months, but he recovered faster.

With better conditions, Rossi is expected to race again at the Czech MotoGP, mid-August. But surprises can be happen and Rossi's may be able to race in Germany MotoGP, this weekend.

At first, after this test Rossi will announce whether he decides comeback in Germany or not. But seven-times MotoGP world champion would have to wait until Wednesday (14 / 7) because they have to perform medical tests.

"Yamaha will be awaiting the final decision of Valentino until he felt ready to race again. Valentino recovery full fitness is our priority" said the Fiat Yamaha Team.
